decoflame® bioethanol fireplaces are designed by Kjell Thomsen and crafted in Denmark without any compromise on quality and safety.

All decoflame® fireplaces are fuelled with denatured bioethanol which is a green, non-fossil fuel deriving from sugar cane, beets, cereals or even hey which creates a small amount of C2O and water vapour when burning. We recommend use of at least 96.5% bioethanol for decoflame® fireplaces, which allows a clean combustion without smoke, smell or soot emission.

General Design Features
The unique design of a decoflame® fireplace lets you experience the magic and cosiness of a real fire – without the hassle, messiness and pollution of a real fire. The solid and technically proven and tested construction of a decoflame® fireplace insert, the burner safety chamber and the patented decoflame® burner provide the best possible and economic combustion of the bioethanol.

Our burner has a minimalist external look, however, its intelligently engineered design allows an economic fuel consumption and provides a real and even flame display. The flame intensity and thus the heat output of the decoflame® burner are steplessly adjustable.

Our standard range of fireplaces is designed to accentuate the aesthetic look of any kind of interior - they create a cosy atmosphere in any location without the need for a flue or outside wall and are fitted within a matter of minutes
