    How much do your estimates / site surveys cost??

    We do not charge for this service unless the property lies outside Ayrshire.  We will provide a cost for this depending on location however should you go ahead with the estimate we will deduct the estimate fee from the final balance.

    How long should the installation last??

    This can vary depending on the products to be installed. As a guide:

    – Gas or electric fire with surround 1 day

    – Stove with fireplace 2 days

    – Complete flue system with chimney breast, stove and fireplace up to 4 days

    Do you provide a fitting only service??

    Yes, we can install fireplaces and stoves which have been purchased elsewhere however all product guarantees are with the manufacturer.

    We also carry out chimney sweeps and gas fire services for new and existing customers.

    What qualifications do your installers hold??

    Our installers are Gas Safe registered and also one of the only Ayrshire firms to be fully HETAS qualified.

    How much experience do you have? ?

    Our Installations manager has over 15 years experience installing fireplaces exclusively.

    Do you provide assistance in helping design our fireplace??

    Yes, we believe this is one of the most important aspects of our services to customers, once you have decided upon your fire we then help you compliment your choice with suitable materials and finishes on the surrounding items such as hearths, trims, chamber interiors and mantels.
